Meet your new go-to crispy fried chicken recipe! It’s packed with secret tricks for the juiciest, most flavorful, super crispy chicken every time. Get ready to crunch into chicken perfection!

Ingredients

  • 1 Kilo 1 Sliced Chicken Wings

  • 1/2 Cup 1/2 Potato Starch

  • 1 Tablespoon 1 Paprika

  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

  • 2 Quarts 2 Vegetable Oil for Frying

  • 1/2 Tablespoon 1/2 Onion Powder

  • 1 Tablespoon 1 Mayonnaise

  • 3 Clove 3 Minced Garlic

  • 2 Tablespoon 2 Parmesan Cheese

  • 1 Tablespoon 1 Olive Oil

Directions


  • In a bowl, season the chicken with paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper to taste (paprika helps to brown the chicken). Don’t forget to add a tablespoon of olive oil.
  • Mix them thoroughly and set it aside for 15 minutes.
  • In a pan, heat up the 2 quarts vegetable oil for frying and when it’s very hot add the chicken one by one slowly. Brown the chicken in HOT oil on both sides.
  • Transfer the fried chicken to a clean plate and let it rest for 5 minutes. Then fry it again for 5 minutes to crisp the skin before transferring it to the serving plate.

  • To make the sauce, put 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper to taste in a bowl and mix.
  • You can now enjoy your own parmesan fried chicken.
