Avocado is an excellent source of B vitamins, folate, vitamin K, and vitamin E. It’s also a good source of magnesium, potassium, and vitamin C ( 1 ). It contains a variety of phytonutrients, including tocopherols, carotenoids, phenolics, and phytosterols. It is important to eat avocado regularly.

Ingredients

  • 1 1 Egg

  • 1/2 1/2 Avocado

  • 1 1 Potato

  • Bread of Your Choice

  • 1 Tablespoon 1 Butter

  • Salt and Black Pepper to Taste

  • 1 Tablespoon 1 Olive Oil

Directions

  • Heat olive oil in a frying pan medium heat. Crack eggs into the pan; season with salt and pepper and cook for 1 to 3 minutes. Transfer the egg to a plate.
  • Next is to peel off the potato skin and slice it into rectangular shape and then deep fry for 10 minutes. When cooked transfer to a different plate.
  • Peel off the ripped avocado skin and thinly slice it.
  • Forth, is to assemble the sandwich, slice the bread into two portions and spread butter on each sides: add the sliced avocado on top.
  • Put the egg one slice of the bread, put the fries on top of the egg and put also the other slice of the bread.
